LUXOR is a brand of Aptco Technologies, the manufacturer of measurement instruments and testing equipment for academic and industrial QC and research labs.
The LUXOR sputter devices are designed and manufactured in-house by IB-FT – the engineering and production department in Germany. Together with a dedicated team of distributors, the brand is close to customers all over the world in the field of electron microscopy.
The LUXOR gold and platinum coaters are renowned for their speedy operation and ease of use. Thanks to the unique A² technology embedded in their design, the coaters ensure high-quality SEM images when working with challenging samples such as beam sensitive and non-conductive materials.
